  • All meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner – unless otherwise specified) with any dietary needs taken care of for you. Each meal covers a main plate and a non-alcoholic beverage. Some meals have shared appetizers and starters provided by us. If you wish to order an alcoholic beverage or extra food, you will have to pay for that separately.

  • Flights – from wherever in the world you’re joining us from

  • Travel insurance – You are responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance. It is required that you purchase travel insurance at the point of booking your spot. This insures you incase there are unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending the trip. We recommend going through World Nomads. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to research travel insurance companies in your location and select an insurer that covers both trip cancellation and medical coverage abroad.

  • Visas and vaccinations – We’ll let you know in advance of what you need.

  • Spending money in local currency – for extra drinks, snacks, and souvenirs. (Please note: coffee & tea is available with breakfasts and water is included with all meals).

Can I come alone or do I have to come with someone?
Either or! The great thing about The Girls Trip is that it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded women and make new friendships. More than half of of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
Do you accommodate for dietary restrictions?

We got chu girl! You will have a set menu each day with a few different options for breakfast, lunch & dinner. For all you plant-based eaters, we got your vegan cravings covered.

Do I get my own room?
Sharing is caring! All accommodations are shared, you will most likely be sharing a room with 1 or 2 more girls. Don’t worry, once you register you will get access to a private Facebook and WhatsApp group where you can start connecting with the other girls on your trip in advance!
If I change my mind, do I get a refund?
Because the accommodation and activities are paid for well in advance, all deposits are non-refundable. However individual cases are considered for a trip transfer option. Should your case be accepted for a trip transfer a 50% of your total deposit will be held.

Black out period: No trip transfers can be applied within 3 months of departure.

What is the method of payment?

Currently, we accept EMT and PayPal. Soon you will be able to book directly on our website with your credit card. Yay!

How does the payment plan work?

Our payment plans are divided over the course of 6 – 10 months prior to your trip. You will receive an updated invoice on the 1st of every month and payments are typically due the 15th of each month, some exceptions apply.  

Where do I book my flights from?

You are responsible for your own flights (unless specified), but if there are other girls traveling from the same city you could totally buddy up with them. We also have our own personal travel agent you can work with to help you sort out your flight details. We will share their contact information once you have submitted your first payment towards a trip with us.

Do we get any free time?

Yes, depending on the length of the trip we allow for one or two afternoons in the itinerary that you can use to do your own thing! So whether that’s going out to explore on your own or get some extra pool time, it’s totally up to you. As well, all scheduled activities are optional, just let us know in advance if you want to skip one!

What is the average group size?

Our group trips range anywhere from 20 – 25 girls, depending on the trip! This size allows for more interactions while still feeling intimate enough for everyone to really get to know each other. Plus, it means building connections with even more likeminded women which is one of the most important values of TGT.

What is the average group age?
Our typical age bracket is 24 – 38 years old. However, we welcome women of all ages!
